Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a senior sales professional to generate new business revenue from a SaaS license model. You will plan accounts, research prospects, and lead field activities within defined territories and verticals, engaging C-suite stakeholders and guiding a broad virtual team to close deals.

You will map accounts, advise on IT roadmaps, and coordinate Specialists, Success resources, Partners and Marketing to drive customer outcomes, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales.
• Proven ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining C-Level relationships.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows or decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with multiple C‑suite personas across all product sales.
• Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team and lead a broad virtual team.
• Be a trusted advisor by understanding the customer business and IT roadmap needs.
• Identify the right specialist resources to bring into a deal at the right time.
