The role emphasizes hybrid work culture and high-performance selling in a fast-growing AI-enabled observability platform. You will build deep customer insights, manage complex deals, and travel as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing experience in field sales or enterprise accounts.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding 1M+ in deals and average deal size around $100k+.
• Experience selling into Fortune 1000 companies and governing large complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies and manage an efficient sales process.
• Build and own relationship maps for your territory and key stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of customer business and ROI for Datadog solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with large enterprises to maximize value.
• Hit forecast targets with high accuracy and consistency.
