Pertemps South Wales is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager based in Clevedon with hybrid arrangements. You will oversee complex technical projects from concept to delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management and risk control, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across global operations. The position is full-time and permanent, with hybrid working and a competitive package including bonus and pension

Qualifications

• Experienced in managing complex engineering or technical projects.
• Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders across global teams.
• Degree-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of assigned engineering projects, aligning with objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and WBS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks and resource requirements; maintain RAID logs.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
