Pertemps is seeking a Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects on a hybrid basis in the Bristol/Clevedon area. You will own scope, schedules, budgets and risk, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile engineering and product development initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and experience with software-related content, using tools like MS Project. Hybrid working and professional development are offered.

Formación

• Qualified in project or programme management (APM PMQ or PRINCE2).
• Degree-level qualification in an Engineering/Technical/Science discipline.
• Proven experience delivering complex engineering/technical projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of assigned engineering and technical projects in line with objectives.
• Own project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and quality.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and WBS.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor progress, risks, and resource needs; escalate as required.
• Maintain RAID logs; ensure actions are taken.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage changes and ensure proper assessment/approval.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure delivery.
• Drive continuous improvements to PM processes.
