Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple engineering projects in the UK. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specification while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

You will manage subcontractors, oversee HSEQ standards, and maintain strong client relationships. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required; hybrid working is offered with regular office presence.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within an engineering environment.
• Experience delivering projects in regulated industries.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management skills.
• Strong NEC contract experience.
• Experience planning and scheduling using Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and project budgets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple engineering projects from inception through to delivery
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification
• Taking full financial responsibility for project performance
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Managing subcontractors and external partners
• Overseeing health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Building strong client relationships through regular updates and meetings
