Cloudflare in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Workers KV team, which delivers global, low-latency key-value storage used by developers to power fast APIs and websites.

You will lead engineers, shape features, and drive performance improvements to keep Workers KV at the forefront of scalable distributed storage, while partnering across teams to meet ambitious goals and deliver reliable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent professional experience with TypeScript or Go.
• Experience delivering scalable distributed systems.
• Strong communication and leadership in engineering teams.
• Hands-on with building distributed storage and cache architectures.
• Deep understanding of web, HTTP, browsers, and JS.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX systems.
• Ability to plan, form teams, and execute with predictability.
• Experience contributing to open source.

Responsibilities
