Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in the United Kingdom is building its delivery team for Net Zero Teesside Power. We are seeking experienced Construction Managers from mechanical, piping and process backgrounds to lead safe, right-first-time delivery on major energy infrastructure packages.

You will coordinate across engineering, construction, supply chain and commissioning teams, maintain a strong safety culture, and lead site teams through complex project sequencing and interfaces with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction delivery on mechanical, piping or process packages.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and right-first-time delivery.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, construction, supply chain and commissioning teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site teams to deliver mechanical, piping or process packages safely and to schedule.
• Coordinate interfaces between trades, subcontractors and clients across multiple fronts.
• Identify and resolve construction constraints before they impact delivery.
