Job summary

Capital One UK is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager in London. This permanent, hybrid role requires you to lead a cross-functional set of engineering teams (3–4) to design, develop and integrate software features for credit card products, while coaching managers and shaping technical strategy.

You will work with product managers and designers on roadmaps, steward the platform and champion best practices, culture, and talent development across the engineering organisation.
