Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager in Nottingham, with a hybrid pattern: 3 days in-office (Tue-Thu) and 2 days remote. You will lead a cross-functional group of engineering teams to design, develop, and integrate software features for credit card consumers, and coach engineering managers to build high-performing teams.

Provide stewardship of platforms and capabilities owned by your teams.
