Responsibilities

• Lead and support a cross-functional group of 3–4 engineering teams to design, develop and integrate software features for credit card consumers.
• Coach and nurture engineering managers to build, empower and operate teams to achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers on the roadmap for key business goals.
• Provide stewardship of the platform and capabilities owned by your teams.
• Be part of the engineering leadership team that evolves capability and adopts best practices.
• Help shape team culture, vision and execution to achieve objectives across the organization.
• Work with colleagues across the business to identify, lead and drive change that benefits associates beyond your team.
• Learn cloud/AWS technologies and work in a complex regulated environment.
• This is a permanent position based in our London office with a hybrid work model: three days in-office (Tue–Thu) and two days remote.
