Job summary
Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the development of Subsea XT technologies for Production Systems, taking concepts through design, testing and qualification to delivery.
You will coordinate global teams, apply DFMA, manage design data and provide mentorship while exploring new opportunities and patents in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; Chartered Engineer desirable, with CREO and TeamCenter experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum) required.
- Experience with subsea production systems and DFMA principles is preferred.
- Strong CAD skills and GD&T knowledge essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop Subsea XT technologies meeting customer needs and industry standards.
- Produce and manage designs, drawings, BOMs and qualification activities.
- Lead global teams and coordinate stakeholders; manage plans, budget and risks.
