Job summary

Baker Hughes in the United Kingdom is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end subsea Production Control Systems (PCS) projects, ensuring integration of hardware, software and communications across the delivery lifecycle.

You will drive project strategy, governance through KPIs, manage contracts and coordinate with engineering teams while upholding offshore HSE standards to deliver safe, reliable systems. A hybrid pattern with some office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end project management experience in Subsea/ Oil & Gas/ Manufacturing.
• Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS).
• Knowledge of subsea system integration.
• Understanding of offshore HSE standards.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience with subsea control system suppliers.
• Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements.
• Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management.
• Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans.
• Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
• Managing contract administration, including variations and claims.
• Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
• Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects.
