Luton Bennett in Telford is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead maintenance and continuous improvement in a busy automated manufacturing environment. You will manage a small team, plan preventive maintenance, and drive uptime and efficiency across production operations.
The role requires leadership experience and an engineering qualification; knowledge of PLCs, robotics and lean manufacturing is desirable. Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm Friday, with a £47,375
Competenze
- Senior/lead engineering experience in automated manufacturing.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
- Leadership experience and an engineering qualification.
