Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL in Telford is seeking a Senior Engineer (Maintenance) to lead maintenance across our automated manufacturing operations. You will balance 75% people management with 25% hands-on engineering, driving PM schedules, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead engineering experience in automated manufacturing.
• Experience with PLCs, robotics and conveyors.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge.
• Holder of an engineering qualification.

Responsibilities

• 75% people management, 25% hands-on.
• Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Lead lean and CI activities.
• Monitor downtime.
• Mentor multidisciplined team of six engineers, technicians and apprentices.
