Job summary

Lead PPM, RCA, and CI initiatives, while mentoring a multidisciplinary team and driving production improvements. Shift-based role with a 2-weekly rota and attractive benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead engineering experience in automated manufacturing.
• Must hold a engineering qualification.
• Experience leading a multidisciplined team.

Responsibilities

• Manage PPM schedules and reactive maintenance.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective measures.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Lead lean and continuous improvement activities.
• Monitor downtime and efficiency across operations.
• Mentor a team of engineers, technicians and apprentices.
