Energy Jobline CVL in Telford is seeking a Senior Engineer (Maintenance) to lead maintenance across our automated manufacturing operations. You will balance 75% people management with 25% hands-on engineering, driving PM schedules, root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

The role requires experience in automated production environments, PLCs/ robotics knowledge, and an engineering qualification. The package includes a £56,850 total annual pay, KPI bonus, 31 days holiday, overtime,

Senior Engineer (Maintenance)

Telford

£56,850 (£47,375 Base Salary + 20% Shift Allowance) + KPI Bonus + 31 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) + Overtime (1.5x) + Product Discounts + Perkbox Benefits + Company Sick Pay + Free Onsite Parking + Life Assurance (4x Salary)

2 Shift Rota –

Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm, Friday 6am to 1pm

Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, Friday 1pm to 8pm

The Senior Engineer Role:
