Job summary

Energy Services Group, LLC. is seeking an Operations Business Analyst to support operational delivery across Retail Energy and ESG projects in Chorley. You will collaborate with product teams, program teams, and clients to improve back-office efficiency and meet regulatory requirements.

The role involves interface with multiple ESG departments, driving enhancements, and delivering new initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Hybrid work arrangement in Chorley area.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years Utilities/Energy experience essential.
Knowledge of ESG applications, SQL and/or Automation tools desirable.

Responsibilities

Work across Retail Energy teams to review activities and ensure cost-efficient customer service.
Assist with industry issues to maintain service levels and client satisfaction.
Support SLA achievement and service delivery through product enhancements and process improvements.
Identify, design and develop new Service Opportunities.
Provide operational guidance to internal teams and ESG clients.
Improve operations and implement best practices for efficiency.
Represent Retail Energy in workshops and new product development.
Support contract renewals with visible activities and value.
Deliver additional work requests efficiently via people, processes and technology.
