Energy Services Group, LLC. is seeking a Gas Team Manager to lead the ESG Retail Gas team in Chorley on a hybrid basis. The role manages back-office operations, ensures high service levels, and drives continuous improvement. Initial training requires in-office presence, with hybrid flexibility thereafter.

The ideal candidate will have energy sector experience, strong leadership and a focus on customer outcomes, while promoting a positive team culture and compliance with industry processes.

Formación

• Operational knowledge of the Energy sector is essential.
• Experience in business process outsourced management is essential.
• Prior experience in management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the operational delivery of the gas team.
• Onboard new customers and service lines for existing customers.
• Deliver the highest standard of customer service and quality.
• Meet operating plans and SLAs with clear service levels.
• Communicate weekly performance statistics.
• Drive continuous service improvements.
• Embed a customer-centric culture in the gas team.
• Coach team members and manage attendance to SLAs.
