SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is hiring a Project Manager in Kilmarnock to lead major Connections and Investment projects across Scotland. You will manage scope, budget, schedule and deliverables, while ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires engineering or related degree, PM qualifications (APM PMQ/PRINCE2), and strong leadership with a customer-focused delivery ethos.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Project Management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Connections or Investment projects from scope through to completion.
• Manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and risk registers.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Drive performance through planning, monitoring, reporting and control mechanisms.
• Manage governance and change processes and stakeholder engagement.
