SP Energy Networks is recruiting a Project Manager in Kilmarnock to lead the delivery of major Connections and Investment projects that support the energy transition and network resilience. You will manage a portfolio of high‑value, complex initiatives from initiation through to completion, ensuring safe, on-time delivery within budget while upholding quality standards.

Formación

• Degree-qualified or equivalent in Engineering/Construction/PM.
• PM qualification (APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience delivering projects with a strong track record.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment, contracts and commercial awareness.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Connections or Investment projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources and risks.
• Ensure delivery within scope, milestones and financial targets.
• Drive performance through planning, monitoring, reporting and controls.
• Govern change with proper governance and documentation.
• Build relationships with customers, authorities, contractors and teams.
• Manage customer expectations and delivery objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SPEN policies, CDM and industry standards.
• Promote safety culture and embed HSEQ requirements.
