Job summary

Stantec in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams across energy infrastructure projects. You will oversee FEED and detailed design activities, ensuring robust, commercially viable solutions while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

You will mentor colleagues, drive delivery excellence, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within Stantec's Energy team. Hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong background in energy or power sector projects.
• Experience managing design of complex energy infrastructure from concept to completion.
• Understanding of industry codes and regulations; proactive problem-solving.
