Responsibilities

• Advise employers on a broad range of employment matters.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Undertake advocacy at Preliminary Hearings where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver client training, seminars and legal updates.
• Support business development and team growth.
• Collaborate with Employment partners and colleagues across the national practice.
• Work with a national Employment, Pensions and Immigration team.
