Job summary

MAG (Airports Group) seeks an experienced Employee Relations professional to advise on highly complex ER matters, aligning with policy and employment law. You will handle early resolution, investigations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and wellbeing issues, logging all activities for transparency and data accuracy.

Experience with ACAS codes, high-volume environments, and strong stakeholder relationships is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on complex employee relations matters in line with policy and legislation.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end ER cases including investigations and disciplinary matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on highly complex ER matters to line managers.
• Lead and log activities on the case management system for transparency and data integrity.
• Ensure services align with policy, procedures and Service Level Agreements.
