The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join the European ER Centre of Expertise. You will deliver ER advice and guidance to HR Partners and the HR Service Centre, supporting distribution in England and administering claim proceedings, early conciliation, and change management.

• Ability to lead investigations and manage complex cases.
• Strong collaboration with HR partners and service centre.

Responsabilités

• Provide ER advice to HR Business Partners and HR Service Centre ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
• Act as SME for ER case activity across Walsall and Rugby PC, delivering high-quality guidance.
• Lead investigations and partner with leadership to conclude cases and manage risk.
• Complete data entry and monthly dashboards for ER cases in Service Now.
• Support change management, policy review, and ER upskilling initiatives.
• Coordinate tribunal and litigation processes with internal and external legal teams.
• Maintain records of claims for UK Stores and Loss Prevention.
