Job summary

Experian Group is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join its UKI HR team on a 14-month fixed term contract in Nottingham. This role will involve providing advice on employee relations, change management, and compliance, partnering with various business units to effectively manage HR processes.

Qualifications

• Proven employee relations experience advising on employment regulations.
• Experience in supporting organisation restructuring.
• Strong understanding of change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business areas to ensure ER support for People Plans.
• Manage escalated ER cases across the UK&I business.
• Coach managers on all ER aspects.
• Collaborate with HRBPs in delivering business change.
