Job summary

Kedrion Biopharma GmbH is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join our UK HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role provides practical ER guidance and supports managers in fair, compliant people decisions.

You will manage ER cases end-to-end, conduct investigations, hearings and appeals, coach managers, and balance commercial needs with people considerations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling employee relations cases independently.
• Experience guiding managers through disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence processes.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent investigation and case management abilities.
• Strong judgement balancing commercial needs with people considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.

We're looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our UK HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll help ensure employee relations matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation, company policies and best practice. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide practical employee relations advice and support.

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience within a regulated manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment would be desirable.

We are primarily seeking someone able to work on a full-time basis; however, some flexibility may be considered if you are looking for part time only.
