Job summary

Orbit Group is recruiting a Senior HR Resolutions Advisor for a brand-new 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert ER advice and lead on complex cases from initial contact to resolution.

The role supports change programmes and develops HR processes, policies and service delivery. An agile working pattern applies with 1–2 days per week in Coventry and occasional travel to other Orbit sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing employee relations cases from start to resolution.
• Experience supporting organisational change programmes, including restructures and TUPE.
• CIPD Level 7 qualified or working towards.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and ER best practice.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex, high-risk employee relations cases from start to resolution.
• Coach and guide HR Resolutions Advisors, sharing knowledge and guidance.
• Support organisational change initiatives including restructures and TUPE.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, templates and workflows.
• Ensure consistent, pragmatic advice aligned with policy and law.
