BT Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced People Relations Case Specialist to join during a pivotal transformation in People & HR Services. You will be an ER subject matter expert, managing highly complex cases end-to-end and advising Senior Leaders on employment law and BT policies.

You will leverage data to identify trends and drive improvements across policies and processes, while coaching colleagues and building relationships with Legal, Ethics and Corporate Investigations.

Formación

• Extensive experience managing highly complex ER cases end-to-end.
• Strategic ER mindset with risk assessment across stages.
• Experience implementing process or policy changes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of highly complex and high-risk Employee Relations cases for Senior Leaders.
• Provide expert end-to-end ER advice on employment law and BT policies.
• Use data and People metrics to identify trends and drive improvements across ER policies and processes.
• Champion a positive colleague experience and timely resolution.
• Build relationships across People & HR Services, Legal, Ethics and Corporate Investigations.
• Coach and train less experienced ER/HR colleagues.
• Lead ER projects and maintain accurate case records.
