Qualifications

• Extensive experience in end-to-end case management for highly complex, high-risk Employee Relations matters.
• ER expertise with strategic mindset; experience managing complex cases end to end and assessing risk.
• Experience turning continuous improvement ideas into implemented process or policy changes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated caseload of highly complex and high-risk Employee Relations cases, providing expert end-to-end case management and advice to Senior Business Leaders, balancing wellbeing, inclusion, business requirements and risk.
• Act as an ER Subject Matter Expert, providing accurate and commercially focused advice on employment law, BT policies and procedures, and supporting managers and HR colleagues with complex ER matters.
• Use data, case insights and People metrics to identify trends and root causes, proactively identifying opportunities for prevention and continuous improvement across policies, processes and products.
• Champion a positive colleague experience and safe speed of resolution, escalating risks or issues through the relevant channels in line with procedures.
• Build relationships across People & HR Services and the wider business to support priorities.
• Coach and support less experienced ER and HR colleagues, sharing expertise and delivering training.
• Lead and contribute to ER projects and continuous improvement activity, ensuring services are delivered to SLAs and maintaining accurate case records.
