You will use data and insights to inform your approach, ensuring advice is commercially sound, risk-aware, and aligned to best practice, with wellbeing and inclusion at the heart of decision-making.

You will also play a key role in coaching and upskilling managers, helping to build capability and enhance the overall colleague experience across BT Group.

Your contributions will be critical in driving operational excellence as we expand and deliver a broader range of services. In addition, you will help safeguard the organisation against legal, financial, and reputational risk in how we support our colleagues.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-impact function during a time of significant change.

  • Acting as an escalation point for complex cases and supporting the development of less experienced colleagues
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of ER processes, policies, and ways of working

  • A proactive, continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing practices and enhance policies and processes
  • Strong IT and systems experience, including case management systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience working within unionised environments or supporting Employment Tribunal cases
