Harvey is hiring a Legal Engineer Manager - Product Specialist in London to lead a team of Product Specialists that support customers post-implementation and maximise adoption of Harvey’s platform.

You will guide senior stakeholders, collaborate with Customer Success, and drive strategic engagement, renewal, and expansion opportunities in EMEA while shaping the post-sales function for scalable growth.

Competenze

• Qualified lawyer with 7+ PQE, in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Experience managing or mentoring a team and driving performance.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI tools to demonstrate platform expertise.
• Strong commercial instincts for engaging senior stakeholders in law firms and industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience running training or client-facing sessions.
• Comfort operating in a fast-growth, pragmatic environment.
