Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, power systems, or related field.
• Experience in verification, validation, quality, assurance or substantiation.
• Ability to judge electrical requirements and verification evidence.
• Experience across interfaces with multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain verification and validation strategies for electrical systems.
• Coordinate and deliver V&V for electrical systems and components.
• Review analyses and studies (load flow, short‑circuit, protection coordination).
• Define objectives and acceptance criteria for tests and demonstrations.
• Provide clear technical reports for governance and regulatory engagement.
• Mentor engineers to improve V&V delivery.
