Job summary

ERP Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Fareham to lead electrical teams on commercial and industrial projects. The role combines hands-on electrical work with supervisory duties, requiring you to brief crews, ensure safety, and liaise with clients.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, AM2, and an apprenticeship certificate, plus an ECS Grade Card (Approved preferred) and Level 3 2391 testing/inspection.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and AM2 are required.
• Apprenticeship certification and ECS Grade Card are essential, Approved grade preferred.
• Experience supervising electrical teams on commercial/industrial installs is required.
• Strong knowledge of current regs and Health & Safety requirements is essential.
• Ability to read drawings and communicate with clients on site is needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical teams on site for commercial and industrial projects.
• Coordinate electricians, brief teams on installation requirements and safety procedures.
• Monitor progress, manage labour and materials, attend meetings and surveys.
• Provide technical support and carry out electrical installation work when required.
• Review drawings/specifications, assist with small-works estimating and ensure standards.
• Carry out RAMS and ensure compliance with company procedures and regs.
• Act as secondary Qualified Supervisor and deputise for Electrical Operations Manager.
