Job summary

Giant Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a hands-on site-based role in Fareham. You will supervise installation teams on commercial and industrial projects while remaining actively involved in wiring work.

Applicants should have strong commercial/industrial experience and the required electrical qualifications. Travel and security clearance will be part of the role, with a van, fuel card and phone benefits provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
• AM2 and a recognised electrical apprenticeship completed is essential.
• ECS Graded Card - Approved Grade preferred.
• Level 3 Test & Inspection qualification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams across commercial and industrial projects.
• Remain hands-on with electrical installation and provide technical support to the site team.
• Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with project programmes.
• Coordinate labour, materials and daily site activities.
• Liaise with project management, clients and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Education

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

AM2 and completed recognised electrical apprenticeship

ECS Graded Card - Approved Grade preferred

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an established team working across commercial and industrial electrical installation projects.

This is a hands-on site-based position, ideal for an experienced electrician who has progressed into supervision but still enjoys being involved with the installation work. The successful candidate will need strong commercial/industrial installation experience rather than a maintenance or domestic background.

Essential Requirements

• Proven commercial/industrial electrical installation experience; maintenance and domestic-only backgrounds will not be suitable.

• Up to £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
