Job summary

Giant Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a hands-on site-based role in Fareham. You will supervise installation teams on commercial and industrial projects while remaining actively involved in wiring work.

Applicants should have strong commercial/industrial experience and the required electrical qualifications. Travel and security clearance will be part of the role, with a van, fuel card and phone benefits provided.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation is required.
AM2 and a recognised electrical apprenticeship completed is essential.
ECS Graded Card - Approved Grade preferred.
Level 3 Test & Inspection qualification is required.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams across commercial and industrial projects.
Remain hands-on with electrical installation and provide technical support to the site team.
Ensure works are completed safely, to specification and in line with project programmes.
Coordinate labour, materials and daily site activities.
Liaise with project management, clients and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
