Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to deliver elegant and efficient electrical design solutions on challenging projects for key clients. You will lead electrical design on larger projects and present complex technical solutions to clients, while collaborating with other disciplines to ensure integrated outcomes.

You will manage project teams of up to 10, provide technical guidance, and support professional development of engineers within a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and manage project teams of up to 10.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on larger projects in a consultancy context.
• Present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Manage performance and development of team members and sub-contractors.
