Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with consultancy experience to lead electrical design on large projects across diverse sectors. You will mentor engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and present technical solutions to clients.

You will manage project teams of up to 10, ensure delivery quality, and shape sustainable, safe, and efficient electrical designs for housing, commercial, and critical facilities.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng).
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience working in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to support and lead junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design on large projects and present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Manage project teams of up to 10 people, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery.
