Job summary

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and consultancy, seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design on major projects within the Places Design Practice. You’ll deliver elegant, efficient solutions and work with multiple disciplines to integrate the overall design.

You’ll manage project teams of up to 10, mentor junior engineers, and present complex technical solutions to clients, ensuring high quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) qualification.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Ability to support and lead junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design on larger projects and ensure integration with other disciplines.
• Present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Manage project teams up to 10 people and mentor team members.
