Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design on larger consultancy projects within the Places Design Practice. You will manage project teams, collaborate across disciplines, and present complex technical solutions to clients, ensuring integrated design delivery.

You will guide and develop junior engineers, contributing to project success and the overall quality of life goals Arcadis champions through sustainable design and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

A BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar
Chartered Engineer (CEng)
Previous experience working in a similar role
Prior experience working in a consultancy environment
Ability to support and lead junior engineers

Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design on larger projects.
Collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution.
Present complex technical solutions to clients.
