Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join its Places Design Practice in Leeds. You will lead electrical design on large projects, delivering elegant, efficient solutions and presenting complex technical details to clients.

The role requires collaboration with multiple design disciplines and leadership of project teams up to 10 people. You will mentor junior engineers and oversee contractors, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery on worldwide projects.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• CEng Chartered Engineer qualification.
• Experience in consultancy environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on large projects within Places Design Practice.
• Present complex technical solutions to clients.
• Manage project teams up to 10 people and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight of contractors and deliverables.
