Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to develop and deliver electrical designs for smaller station rail projects, working within a multidisciplinary team to meet client requirements.

The role involves coordinating with clients such as Network Rail, TfL, and LUL, and contributing to design coordination while benefiting from WSP's hybrid working policy and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience of the Design of electrical systems.
• Experience of Electrical Design on Rail Stations.
• 230/400V power distribution (single and 3phase)
• Electrical building services (power/lighting/fire/intruder)

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the electrical designs for smaller station rail projects.
• Working within a multidisciplinary team producing technically compliant designs to Clients requirements.
• Meeting with Client’s and internal company assurance processes and will engage fully in the multidisciplinary design coordination process.
