Job summary

BWSC in the UK is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to act as a senior technical specialist, working closely with site teams, contractors, suppliers and engineering colleagues to resolve operational challenges and implement technical improvements across operating plants.

The role aims to improve plant reliability and performance through practical electrical support, problem solving and successful delivery of electrical upgrades, while strengthening collaboration between operations and

Qualifications

Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Practical experience with industrial plants, power generation or operating environments.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, fault finding and technical support.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve electrical maintenance systems across the UK fleet.
Provide electrical engineering support during outages and major maintenance activities.
Contribute to improvements in plant reliability, maintainability and performance.
Conduct surveys, inspections and investigations to support reliability improvements.
Support and deliver electrical upgrade and modification projects.
Provide day-to-day electrical technical support and remote troubleshooting.
