Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in London seeks a Engineer/Senior Engineer with 2–3 years post-qualification experience to contribute to a Birmingham-style team in the West End, delivering technical due diligence, dilapidations, life cycle and asset verification surveys.

You will work with investor and occupier clients, undertake PPm schedules, defect diagnosis and maintenance auditing across office properties in London and the South East.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with commercial surveying experience considered.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and life safety installations.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for managing client and project teams to deliver high-quality building services instructions.
• Deliver surveys and reports from inception to completion with minimal supervision.
• Prepare dilapidations and support negotiation on behalf of Landlord or Tenant.
• Prepare asset verification and life cycle plans and forward maintenance registers.
