Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Asset Engineering Engineer (Building Services) with asset management exposure.
• Strong understanding of building services systems and their lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical development of junior engineers within Engineering Consultancy.
• Undertake condition surveys and due diligence studies for asset portfolios.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance, repair and refurbishment options.
• Prepare asset registers from site surveys and documentation.
• Coordinate and report on maintenance contracts and life-cycle costs.
