Job summary

PDMS Group is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Designer to join the Electrical Engineering team on a full-time, ongoing contract based in Aberdeen or Glasgow with a flexible hybrid model (2 days remote).

You will develop deliverables for Brownfield modifications on UKCS offshore platforms, working with 2D/3D AutoCAD and MS Office. Offshore surveys may be required; BOSIET/FOET readiness is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and check engineering designs.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Input to project plans and identify concerns.
• Produce cost-effective engineering solutions that are fit for purpose, safe and add value.
• Address operational and maintenance issues in the design and liaise with colleagues for best solution.
• Undertake surveys onshore and offshore.
