Job summary

PD&MS Group is seeking a Senior Structural Designer to join our team in Aberdeen or Glasgow on a full-time, ongoing contract. The role supports brownfield pipe support design, 2D/3D AutoCAD/Plant 3D work, and ReCAP data usage. Hybrid working model allows 2 days remote each week.

You will contribute to flowline design, ensure designs meet requirements, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver safe, fit-for-purpose solutions.

Qualifications

• HND in a relevant subject and experience in detail design.
• Competent with AutoCAD/Plant 3D and ReCAP point cloud data.
• Experience in energy sector is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and check engineering designs to meet project requirements.
• Input to project plans and identify issues early.
• Produce cost-effective engineering solutions that are safe and add value.
• Address operational and maintenance needs in the design and coordinate with colleagues.
