Project Value : £48M

Programme Completion : December 2028

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Contracts Manager to take full ownership of the electrical delivery on a flagship £48M MEP healthcare project in Plymouth.

This high-profile leadership role offers the chance to shape a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, making a lasting impact on the local community.

You will initially be based in Exeter, before transitioning to the Plymouth site for the duration of the project, which is scheduled for completion in December 2028.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all electrical elements of the project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, collaborating closely with MEP teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Manage labour, materials, and equipment to meet key milestones.
