Job summary

AECOM seeks a Senior Environmental Consultant to coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening, scoping, and reporting across UK projects. You will review specialist chapters and support the full project life cycle from strategy to operation, enabling development across major infrastructure programs.

We expect a Masters in a relevant environmental discipline with strong EIA, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in environmental discipline, preferably a Masters.
• EIA and environmental report coordination experience.
• Experience with DCO/TWAO consenting regimes would be beneficial.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental inputs to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments and Environmental Statements, including reviewing specialist chapters.
• Work across all project life stages from strategy through to operation and maintenance.
• Lead and support business development opportunities and fee/technical proposal development.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to improve environmental outcomes.
