Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Associate Director to lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Development Consent Orders (DCO) across UK infrastructure projects. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, provide strategic environmental advice, and manage client relationships and project delivery from early scoping through examination.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in environmental consultancy, EIA and environmental consenting.
• Strong track record leading EIA for major infrastructure projects.
• Understanding of UK environmental assessment legislation and planning policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead EIA and consenting workstreams from inception to examination.
• Provide strategic environmental advice to clients on assessment and strategy.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, resources and programmes.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for new work.
