Job summary

Capita Growth is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive for a home-based role with travel to client sites across schools and trusts in the Midlands and central regions. Expect 2–3 visits per month and occasional trips to other areas to maintain relationships and support client needs.

You will develop opportunities in education, engage senior stakeholders, and manage pipelines in Salesforce, maintaining accurate forecasts while delivering credible solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in or alongside the education sector and ability to identify needs in schools or trusts.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and progress opportunities with credibility.
• Comfort presenting solutions to senior education audiences and managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and progress business development opportunities across the education sector, focusing on schools and trusts.
• Lead client conversations, qualify opportunities and coordinate with internal experts to demonstrate value.
• Manage opportunities from qualification to handover, maintain a clear Salesforce pipeline and forecast.
